Open house :

After a long time children and parents walked into the school campus to meet their teacher for the physical open house. It was the most awaited moment for both the kids and the teachers. Explorers!

Tiny tots of Lakshmi School explored newspapers and magazines to collect articles related to air transport. Virtual Onam celebration:

Children celebrated Kerala’s festival of harvest in a grand manner with the tradition of making Pookalam with lots of excitement and enthusiasm.

LEVEL 2 Patriotism and passion: As a part of Independence Day celebration, the Tricolour Art and Role play competitions were held. The students exhibited incredible talents.

The Magical Flower Carpets : The flower festival was celebrated by the students for a week. Colorful arrangement of flowers by the students with their parents was a feast to our eyes.

LEVEL 4 Interhouse Declamation Competition Students of class VI, VII & VIII participated enthusiastically and recited lovely poems and a motivational speech.

Parent Involvement Sharing of knowledge !

Mrs.Saroja (grandmother of Gopika VI-A), Mrs.Sathya (mother of Harshitha VIII-A),Mrs.Aruna Mutharasi (mother of Srinika Parakash VIII-E) addressed the children during their tamil class enlightening them on the theme of the lesson.

LEVEL 4 Assembly Activity! Mrs.Vijayalakshmi, mother of Ashwin Raj (6E) addressed the 6th class assembly and gave a speech on the freedom fighters.

Independence Day Celebration & Physical Fitness Show We celebrated the spirit of patriotism virtually! The students of middle level presented various programmes and made it a memorable day.

LEVEL 4 Interhouse Creative writing Competition “You can make anything by writing.” The department of English organised the creative writing competition. The topics were given on the spot and many took part actively.

India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN)

Virtual conference. Ramasamy of class VIII C received “High Commendation in the Bilateral Summit of India and Nepal Committee”

Virtual Independence Day Celebration and Sports Day. The Principal hoisted National Flag at school and gave a speech. Teachers enacted a Tamil skit on the selfless service of Sister Nivedita. The students also exhibited their physical fitness through activities. House points were awarded for the participant’s endurance in facing the challenges.

An interesting and interactive Live Book Session was held with a Wildlife Photographer, Mr. Senthil Kumaran. Students were inspired by the photographs as well as the stories behind them.

LEVEL 5 Live Book Session with Major Madhan Kumar (Retd.), an entrepreneur and geopolitical analyst. Students were enthusiastic & interacted well.

I.I.M.U.N (International Indian Mock United Nation) 30 students from class VIII to XII took part in the conference. The Students won a lot of accolades. Some of them received the Best Delegate Award and High Commendation etc.,

Changes are only permanent ! Anbu House staged their show on the topic, “ The past, present and the future”. It showcasd the changes in music, dance, medicine, food technology and so on.

Aram House Variety Show: The special days in the month of August was the theme of the show. An array of performances like videos, poetry, music, speech and dance entertained the audience.
