• Develop an information management system for tracking environmental change & progress

• Parties will ensure accurate and timely information on environmental progress by achieving:

• Scientific data & information shared among government, organizations, and basin residents

• Canada & Ontario will:

• Develop and maintain information management system framework for COA

• Provide public access to monitoring information through the internet and published reports
