We spoke with Carolyn Sawyer from Champion Schools (True Buyer) and she verified thatthey raised the money and bought the two buildings from EPR Properties REIT (True Seller),who had been holding onto them for about six years. They intend to occupy the buildingsfor their charter school. We reached out to the True Seller, and they informed us that theywouldn't verify any details regarding this sale.
