- About Lake Powell Gunners: is a youth basketball organization started by Richard Becerra in the summer of 2011 for all ages of students from elementary to high school. is under the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), which is an organization that promotes athleticism throughout the country bringing different teams together to compete at the national level. gives the opportunity to the youth to learn and improve their skill level by competing in various tournaments throughout different states and also at the national level. 2

The AAU website explains further more about the organization and a list of tournaments and events that are available to AAU club teams.
