• Lake County Free Clinics mission is to serve the community of Lake County who are uninsured or under-insured and in need of compassionate health care at no cost. The clinic will create a supportive environment where the focus is promoting healthy living through prevention, treatment and education.

Pharmacist
• 1. Market available volunteer and hired positions.
• 2. Conduct pre-employment screening including but not limited to interviews and background screening.
• 3. Ensure that all staff is up to date with their state licenses.
• 4. Create schedules for staff and make adjustments when needed.
• 5. Provide staff with description of their assignment
• 6. Keep track of staff’s yearly TB test and CPR certifications
Volunteer Coordinator/ Office Manager:
• Assist patients with finding resources in the community that could be beneficial to them.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and interviews on patients.
Medical Social Worker
• Medical Records Clerk• Responsible for Initiating and maintaining patient files and statistics;
responds to requests for medical records; performs clerical duties.• Receptionist• The receptionist is responsible for assisting the entire clinic by answering the
telephone professional and pleasant. The receptionist should be able to perform basic clerical duties needed in a medical environment.
• Grant Writer• The Grant Writer for this clinic is expected to be able to locate private and
public resources to fund operations at the clinic. • Medical Assistant• The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting other healthcare staff in
providing direct care with the understanding of the assessment process of nursing.
