Mentes Persantes Topic : Lack of Motivation

Mentes Persantes is a non-profit organization, established in 1990, by Luis Franco.

MP is also refered to Migel Pollands.

Mission of the OrganizationThe mission of the Mentes Pensantes is: serve to humanity, perform charitable services, help to people who suffer from -natural disasters, -civil, social or political wars.

The vision of the Organization The vision of the organization is A world where everyone lives in kindness, respectful, helpful and sensitive.

Management

Management The management style of the organization is including basic decisions about who to hire/fire, whom the organization place where, and who to promote

There is a management style of directive where by employees do what they are told, they are controlled and its motivation by threats and discipline in the Organization.

Problems

Solutions Since most of the problems come from the management we decided to create a line and staff authority whereby it functions to support assist advise and generally reduce some of their informational burdens.

Management style is directive

1.Providing benefits and making them aware to the employees.

2. Recognize performance individually

Involvement of employees in decision making, creating line staffing in the organization and open communication within the organization

Remove ethnocentrism, awarding according to the effort put in not by status position and who knows who.Focus on improving their careers.

Training employees for both the organization and themselves. Increasing their knowledge through seminars.

ConclusionBased on the observation of Mentes Pensates , it can be said that the organization is facing different problems regarding the internal communication and lack of motivation is one of the main problems that is observed easily.

Conclusion Due to the above solutions the organization has managed to survive till date and it has led to an increase in the number of employees. It has become well known and its believed it hires more people than the profit organization.
