14. A a workman, surfed a severe heart attract, while working in a factory. Subsequently, he was moved to hospital where he died. The legal heirs of a clamed compensation from the management on the ground that it is an employment injury. Decide.

15.X was removed from employment without serving any notice. X disputed this s unfair dismissal. Argue.

16. Some Government employees went on strike for enhancement of wages. The Government terminated the services of those employees. The Government employees claimed that they have fundamental right to go on strikes. Decide.

17. Some contract labour working in an establishment for the last ten years demanded for making them permanent. The management contended that they are doing casual or seasonal work. Decide.
