PRECAUTIONS: Store in original container tightly closed and away from feeds and foodstuffs. While mixing or applying, wear protective clothing. Avoid skin contact and inhalation of spray mist. Wash hands and exposed skin before eating and after work. Avoid contamination of any water supply with the chemical or empty container.

BABALA: Itago sa orihinal na lalagyan, nakasarang mahigpit at malayo sa pagkain ng tao at hayop. Magsuot ng damit pananggalang at guwantes habang naghahalo o nag-iisprey. Iwasang malagyan ang balat o malanghap ang lason. Hugasang mabuti ang kamay, balat, braso at mukha bago kumain at pagkatapos mag-isprey. Iwasang mapunta ang lason o lalagyan nito sa inuming tubig, ilog o dagat.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF POISONING: Signs and symptoms include progressively: headache, lightheadedness, mioses with loss of accommodation, nausea, vomiting, hyperhidrosis, muscle fasciculation, sphincter failure, coma and death.

FIRST AID: If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. May do careful gastric lavage if practicable. Give oxygen if person has difficulty in breathing. Give artificial respiration if person is not breathing. If on skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Cleanse skin thoroughly with soap and water. Give oxygen if person has difficulty in breathing. If in eyes: Immediately irrigate with plenty of water for 15 minutes. If inhaled: Remove victim from exposure. Administer oxygen if there is difficulty in breathing. In all cases, get medical attention immediately.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Parasympathomimetic agent. Blood cholinesterase activity should be measured. If signs or symptoms are present, give atropine, 4 mg I.V. Repeat every 10 minutes until atropinized. Observe for at least 48 hours. Opiates and phenothiazine tranquilers are contraindi-cated. If recently ingested, evacuate stomach by intubation. Avoid aspirating into the lungs.

WARRANTY / PROHIBITION: OCC MALATHION 57EC warrants only that material contained herein conforms to the chemical description on the label and is reasonably fit for the use therein described when used in accordance with the description for use, subject to the risks referred to above.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Store in a secure, cool and well-ventilated place away from food, food container and animal or pets. Keep away from heat and open flames. Empty container should not be used but should be destroyed and buried in deep pits far from sources of water.

METHOD AND FREQUENCY OF APPLICATION: Mix the recommended amount of OCC MALATHION 57EC with water and apply as high volume spray whenever insetc pest populations first appear. A repeat spraying may be needed if pests persist or as the need arises.

COMPATIBILITY: OCC MALATHION 57EC is compatible with commonly used insecticides or fungicides except those of alkaline materials such as Bordeaux mixture, lime, sulphur, caustic soda, etc.

RE-ENTRY PERIOD: One (1) day after each spraying.

PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL: One (1) day after each spraying.

OCC MALATHION 57EC is a non-systemic, organophosphorous emulsifiable concentrate containing 570 grams Malathion per liter having both stomach and contact activity.
