All PCs in normal state see internet from ISP 1, if ISP1 down, reach internet from ISP2

Phase 3

PC1 traffics route from serial link

PC2 see web from ISP1

PC3 FTP traffic handled if ISP1 is in normal mode, in other state drop the FTP request from PC3

PC4 can telnet to valid internet IP from ISP2, if down from ISP1
