Even though; he said that we received only one letter from"Paryavaran lVitra" Ahmedabad, which is like a questionnaire/query type instead ofpresentation needed for the conservation as well as protection of environmeni. ln said letterthere is no quesiion related to the impact on the environment of this area dLle to this mineproject. lt seems from the preseniation of affected vilagers that they do not have anyobjeclion due to this project and also no harm to the e.vironment by this project. So underihjs circumstances; I come to the conclusion that to start this project or for the proposedexpansion; with applicable rules and regulations relating to environment protection, anyguidelines from the Govemment as well as from the competent authorities ate to be followedby this project proponent, so that it may proceed further.

1. N/lining lease ared does not fall within the proposed €co sensitive zone of Barda Widtifesanctuary. The eco sersitive zone of the Bard. Wildlife Sanct!ary is yet to be notified by centratGovernment. However due to location of the Earda Wildlife Sanctuary within 10 km of rhemining lease o!r proposal for Environmentdl Clearance has been recornmended by the Stdfdingcomrnittee ofthe National Board of Wildlife (NBWL) if their 31't m€eting heldarNewDelht on
12 13 August, 2014.
lvlining will be carried o!t by opencast serlri mechanized method with drilins dnd blasting and
sizing and loadirg of the limestone will be carried out man ua ly.
Nloreover, mining will be carri€d out as per mining plan approved by tBM, Udaipur under MCDR
1988 as well as drilling and blasting will be carried out as per guidelines of Dir€ctorate ceneratMines and Safety (DGMS)-
2. Minins lease area is government wasteland and no forest land has been invotved in mining area,
so there is fo requirement of forest clear-nce.
3. Mine is under operation .nd production of linrestone has been carried out.4. n last five years we have rec€ived one show cause notjce, details of the same is enctosed

10.We have taker permission for ground water withdrawal from Central Grourd Wat€r Authority(CGWA), New D€lhi vide letter no. 21Al73LVwcRlCGwA/2010 2590 dated 14/11,/2a1,a.copy
ofthe sarne is enclosed herewith as Annexure V.
11.Mining activity will be carried out during day time only. so for t hours working shift we have
considered approximate 40 litres/per5on/day.
12.Mining activity will be carried out during day tinre only. so in general, open cast rninins methodduring blastirg .nd drilling the noise level will be kept within 75 dBA.
13.Mining lease area is ir government waste land and is surrounded by government waste land
there ls no s!rrounding agriculture.nd water source and hence there shall not dny impact ofnoise, ldnd and air pollutjon which are within the prescribed limits.
14.Due to unavailability or enough topsoil/over burdens it will be impr.ctical and ratheruneconomical to reclairn the mined or.rt area. However, the mined olt area shall be developed as
w.ter reservoirs with Sreenery around them.
15.The rain water will be collected in the mired out pits area and will be used for dust supprersronas well as greenbelt developrnent which wiil reduce the ground warer withdrawal.
16.Socio-economic developrnent acrivities have been dofe by industry till date is enclosed as
Anfexure V. ln future we will coordinate with the people of cram P-nchayat and as per theirreq!irement we w'll fulfiltheir need under socio economic development activities.
17.At present around 1070 trees has b€en planted by company during existing mining operation.l8.Approximate 130 p€ople (skilled and unskil €d) from surrounding area will get direct employment
and 60 will get from transportation of th€ miner.l. Fulthermore indirect employment will also be
generat€d due to ancillary activities.
