A scientific calculator. (Your tutor/teacher will tell you whether you may use a calculator and for which questions.)
= 3.14
Area of rectangle = length x width
Area of triangle = base x height
Area of circle = x radius 2
Perimeter = distance all round a flat object.
Volume of a cuboid = Length Width Height
Volume of a cylindrical shape = Area of the end shape Length
A net is a shape which can be cut out and folded to make a 3-dimensional shape.
Mean = the sum of a set of data divided by the number of pieces of data.
Median = the middle value of a set of data.
Mode = the most frequently occurring value in a set of data.
