2. Work of NGO’s NGO’s operate at local scale with local commuitiesand so they are effective in providing local sustainable solutions. They work ‘bottom up’.In Africa the Partnership for Enhancing Agriculture in Rwanda through Linkages (PEARL) has helped agricultural producers develop their products and better connect with their markets. They have given farmers the equipment and know how to strengthen the farmers business. This helps bring stability to the area.
