(ii) That the admission and rejec­tion of such claims the liability of the Company therefor to the extent of its assets in the Transvaal and all questions of Mortgage or Preference in respect of such assets shall be regulated by the Law and practice of the Transvaal for the time being in Insolvency.

(iii) That if no claims be proved asaforesaid the Liquidator shall be entitled upon payment of all fees payable by law to have this Order endorsed by the Master.

(iv) That the Liquidator shall notbe authorised to act under this Order [except under paragraph (ft) (i) hereof] until this Order has been endorsed by the Master.

(v) That if claims be proved the provisions of the Foreign Liquidators Recognition Act, 1907, shall apply as far as applicable and in this Order the expression “ local credi­tor ” has the meaning assigned to it in Act No. 7 of 1907;
