Article 1. To approve the master plan on
socio-economic development of Quang Tri
province through 2020 (below referred to as the
master plan), with me tonowing principal
contents:
I. DEVELOPMENT VIEWPOINTS
I, The master plan must comply with the
national socio-ecouumic development strategy.

areas: to increasingly improve people's material
and spiritual lives: to maintain and promote
cultural identities or ethnic groups; and to step
up international economic integration.
