Trident Air Filters :
Trident Air Filters are available in various sizes as per customerspecifications and meet higher demands for air quality inindustries like Pharma and Biotech Clean Rooms, Food,Microelectronics, Tranportation, HVAC, Medical etc.
Pre-filters are capable of filtering 10 micron (MERV 1-4 Ashraestandards), while fine filters can capture 1-10 microns (MERV5-12) at an efficiency higher than 90%.
HEPA filters have an efficiency of 99.97% for particles of 0.3micron and above and can be built to grades H13 and H14 ofEN 1822 standards.
The frames can be given in GI coated, SS and Aluminiummaterial of thickness 1mm.
The media is made of non-woven synthetic fabric, polyster,PP, HDPE etc for fine filters and microglass fibre for HEPAfilters with metallic meshes and are available in various gradesG1-G4 for pre filters and F5-F9 for fine filters as per EN 779standards.
The filters are built to provide minimal pressure drop at optimalflow rates.
Air-tightness is ensured with an effective sealant usually ofpolyurethane or silicone as specified.
Where specified mini or deep pleated media is used forenhanced surface area, higher dust holding, higher air handlingcapacity & lesser pressure drop.
