Adrian Giordano is a travelling man. Hailing originally from Argentina, he has been bringing his blend of NuDisco, House and Balearic music to audiences around the world for over a decade now. His destinations have covered the four, far flung corners of the globe including London, To-kyo, Ibiza, Barcelona, Rome, Sardinia, Goa, Bangkok, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Saigon, Sao Paulo, Santiago, Bogota, Lima, Mexico City and now his adopted home and studio base, Bali.

Throughout the high season in Bali, Adrian can be found DJing at most of the Island’s key events and trend-setting venues such as the legendary beach clubs Ku De Ta and Potato Head, the stunning cliff top sunset sessions at El Kabron and the impressive Rock Bar at the Ayana Resort in Jimbaran. Adrian is a DJ who specialises in sunset sessions, however when the right party presents itself, he can drop a mean club set pumped full of intelligently crafted Deep House and spiced with rare disco cuts, which are perfect for the dance floor and are guaranteed to give the crowd maximum pleasure.

Adrian’s creative drive led him to explore music production in his teenage years and over time his studio skills have seen him featured on labels such as Spirit Soul Records, Heartbeat Revolution, Mexican Mix Le Fun and on Alkalino’s Munich based label, Audaz. Adrian is also co-working and producing with his peers Julian Sanza, Future Feelings, Phunktastike, Alkalino and Dicky Trisco to create more dynamic tracks for the dance floor.

The driving force behind his musical passion however is definitely his White Magic Sunsets con-cept. Conceived and curated by Adrian and in residency at The Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, these Nu Disco pool parties have become synonymous on the island with quality, style and elegance. With the DJ booth and accompanying live musicians platform set up poolside, Adrian and visit-ing DJs ease the sunbed bound, sun-seeking, music-loving crowd into the evening session after creating a magical sunset experience. The WMS influence is pushed even further and beyond the events with the WMS Podcast Series featuring the likes of Pete Herbert, Alkalino, Max Essa, Julian Sanza, Future Feelings, Marius Vareid, Silver City, Thomass Jackson, Ray Mang, Fernando and Phunktastike. It is safe to say that the NuDisco scene has flourished in Bali under White Mag-ic Sunsets. WMS events have already spread to Singapore where the famous Tanjong Beach Club has hosted Adrian and international guests such as Dicky Trisco and Downtown Party Network.

Outside of his adventures into White Magic Sunsets, Adrian also runs a number of other success-ful parties. Disco Flavor is his club-oriented party, which is aimed firmly at the dance floor featur-ing a deeper House soundtrack. Successful episodes of Disco Flavor have taken place in Lola in Shanghai, at the intimate Orb Club in Sao Paulo, in the infamous Armando Records in Bogota and at his hometown Mendoza in Argentina. However currently his creative focus is on his hot new event Safari Tropical a jungle beach party where tropical disco DJs, live musicians, equato-rial decoration, Tropical themed drinks and bites all blend together and create a platform where the wilder side of life can be tasted and tested. Each event is lavishly decorated to transform the setting and enhance the experience of the revellers. No detail is too small or too wild for Safari Tropical.

Adrian’s ethos of hard work, even harder fun and complete dedication to the creative process has led to a packed DJ schedule, a reputation as a fantastic party host with a growing number of successful events under his belt and also wider recognition as a DJ in his own right with appear-ances at festivals such as Wonderfruit in Thailand, The Garden Beats Festival in Singapore and Ultra Festival Japan this year. Adrian has firmly established himself now as a lynchpin of the Nu Disco scene in Asia and beyond and there are many more White Magic Sunsets and Safari Tropi-cal parties to come…
