Raise the arms overhead, interlocking the thumbs. Press the hips down, lower the arms tothe ground in front of you, keeping your back flat, until the head touches the ground. Restthe little fingers on the floor, keeping the wrists and forearms lifted. Push back to pressthe hips down, elongating the spine. Exhale, lift the body up with a flat back until the armsare overhead. Release the arms down.
