Dr. Yang,Jwing-Ming is a world-renownedauthor, scholarand martial artsmaster. He hasbeen involvedin Chinese

martial arts since 1961. Dr. Yang’swriting and teaching include thesubjects of Qigong, Taijiquan,Massage, Meditation, Chin Na,and he is a leading authority onKung Fu. Dr. Yang teaches at hisRetreat Center near Arcata,California.

Ben Warner is a Shaolininstructor atYMAA. He hasbeen studyingYMAA ShaolinKung Fu since1998, has beenteaching since

2001, and is a certified instructorof RKC Kettlebell training. BenWarner resides in Boston,Massachusetts.

Nicholas C.Yang, Presidentof YMAAInternational,has trained inChinese mar-tial arts underhis father’stutelage since
