Newly Designed CabThe cab of our M-Series tractors has beencompletely redesigned. Rounded glass on thecab gives the operator more room and greatervisibility. The height of the cab offers moreheadroom, and most of the levers andswitches have been moved to the right sideconsole for easier access. For greater visibility,the exhaust pipe has been relocated and thewindshield now boasts a pantograph wiper.

Tier III Emission RegulationsThe M9540 DHC-DS is equippedwith an engine that complies withTier III EPA emission regulations.

Low Noise and Low VibrationTo help reduce operator fatigue and stress,the V3307-DI has been specially designed tominimize noise and vibration. This isaccomplished through several innovativetechnologies. Noise is reduced through aladder frame crankshaft support, giving theengine a stiffer structure and thus lower noise.Vibration is lowered through the application ofcompact, built-in balancers.

Increased PTO PowerTo give the M-Series even more power and tomake working with large implements easier,Kubota has increased PTO horsepower onthree of our M-Series models. The M6040offers a sturdy 55 HP; the M8540 a hearty 75HP; and the M9540 a full 84 HP.

Hydraulic Independent PTOPulling, lifting, cutting or baling; the standard 540/540E rpm hydraulicindependent PTO (1000 rpm is optional on M8540/M9540) of theKubota M-Series tractors makes your toughest work easier. Self-modulation engagement with a light touch means implements like arear cutter engage smoothly. The PTO brake engages when theclutch is shut off and securely holds the PTO shaft. The PTO clutchcan be hydraulically engaged and disengaged on the go. Thismeans mowing, operating hay equipment or spraying orchards areall made more efficient.

3-Point HitchThe Category I & II (M6040/M7040) and Category II(M8540/M9540) 3-point hitches provide fast and simpleattachment of rear-mounted implements. On theM6040 and M7040 the capacity is 1500kg and on theM8540 and M9540 it is 3200kg. The M9540 DHC-DS isalso equipped with an external 3-point hitch lift lever.

All New DesignThe Kubota M-Series Front Loader has undergonea full model change. The new loaders havedramatically increased lifting power, perfect for farmuse. Its design has also been fully integrated intothe new tractor design with a slanted boom tomatch the tractor’s hood. This not only gives the M-Series a sleeker look it supplies the operator withmore visibility and clearer sight lines to the bucketand loader sides.

FRONTLOADER

Improved BucketSome recent improvements in theloader bucket include a round back,which increases durability and makesdumping sand and soil easier.

Standardbucket size is72”; largecapacitybuckets (forLA1353 only)are 84”.

Protected Cylinder TubesTo better protect the tractorhydraulics and offer the operatormore visibility, the hydraulic tubes areneatly tucked inside the loader boom.Hydraulic tube covers further provideprotection from wear and tear.

Lifting Power and HeightTwo separate boom cylinder fulcrum points (Powerposition and Height position) give you the option toincrease the M-Series Front Loader lifting power orheight based on your needs. When using the palletfork or bale spear you may want to set the fulcrumto give you more height. For bucket work, a lowersetting offers more power.

FrameThe frame of the front loadermaintains its sturdy, thick steelframe, but its design has beensimplified by removing bracesand connectors. This helps tolessen effort and shorten the timeit takes to attach the loader andoffers increased visibility.

Hydraulic Self-Leveling ValveThis feature allows the operator toraise or lower the loader boom whilekeeping the bucket level to theground. This will help prevent spillswhen carrying soil or sand and willmake pallet handling smooth andeasy. This function can be switchedoff for times when bucket angles aremore advantageous, for instance,during excavation.

FRONT LOADER OPTIONS

Kubota Shockless Ride(KSR)The KSR absorbs loader shockand reduces operator fatigue.This option is perfect if yourtasks include a great deal oftight turns or lifting and dumpingof heavy loads. It effectivelytakes the “bounce” out ofhandling round bales.
