Set Up and Tear Down:

Please plan to arrive at the conference on Wednesday May 23, 2018 anytime between 8:00am and 10:00am to set up your table booth space. Registration for attendees begins at 11:00am, and the conference starts with a Welcome and Keynote address at 1:00pm. Thus traffic to sponsor exhibits will likely be slow until around 12:30 or until most attendees begin to arrive. Tear down will be immediately following the conference. Please see the sponsor maps for setup diagrams. Sponsors should unload and bring in equipment through the loading dock as shown on the map below.

Tables in room 220 are 5 x 2 feet wide while hallway tables are standard 6 foot tables. All tables will be arrange with 3 feet of space behind and two chairs are provided behind each table. Electricity is available to most tables in Room 220 and Hallway as indicated on the floor maps below.
