Students who are English Language Learners will take:

STAAR- L

Star Modified: alternate assessment for grades 3rd-8th students based on modified academic achievement.

Start Alternate: grades 3rd-8th students who have cognitive disabilities and receiving special education services.

Star-L: assessment that is linguistically accommodated for students who are limited English proficient.
