Kristen has held roles in Sales, Account Management and Human Resources. Prior to joining C2 Solutions, Kristen worked at United HealthCare as a Sr. Sales Training Consultant. Kristen received her B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Colorado State University. She currently lives outside of Denver in Parker, CO with her husband and three children. In her free time Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, especially in the mountains. She also enjoys running, yoga, hiking, skiing and playing tennis.

Rachel Rigdon

Rachel Rigdon, an Account Executive with Holmes Murphy, has over five years of experience in employee benefits. She completed her bachelors of arts degrees in management and communication studies while attending Luther College. Her career started as a sales representative for Principal in the Minneapolis area. While in Minnesota, Rachel held a board position for the Minnesota Association of Health Underwriters as the chair of the communications committee and a member of the professional development committee. At Holmes Murphy & Associates she oversees the coordination and evaluation of benefit programs, enabling employers to recruit and retain valuable employees while also sustaining profitable growth.

Rachel and her husband, Alex, live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is active in the community through her involvement with Junior League of Cedar Rapids, the Brewers Association, and participates in a tennis league.

Dani is a Program Manager with Holmes Murphy & Associates and joined the company in August of 2017. Her role at Holmes Murphy focuses on the clinical strategy initiatives and the development of health asset management within the company and our product offerings.

Prior to Holmes Murphy, Dani worked for Bell Helicopter doing sales with aftermarket support. She worked with customers in the Asia region, including foreign militaries. Her greatest accomplishment was helping the Singapore office achieve ~800% increase in AOP in 2016 through a variety of high volume sales.

Dani holds a BBA from DePaul University, where she majored in Marketing with a concentration in Sales Leadership and Category Management.

Jim Brown is Director of Business Development with Kistler Tiffany Benefits, a private employee benefits firm with annual revenues exceeding $58 million. The company operates out of six offices throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey with more than 120 full-time employees.

Jim brings more than 25 years of experience in sales management to his role with Kistler Tiffany Benefits, the responsibilities of which include managing the company’s sales team, presently over 40 employee benefit consultants of wide-ranging career experience, through coaching and mentorship, as well as identifying new pipelines and revenue opportunities for the company.

Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Jim most recently worked for Entercom Communications Corporation, one of the nation’s largest radio station group owners, where he was a Sales Manager for that organization in the Philadelphia region. He also previously served as a Group Sales Manager for Beasley Media Group (formerly Greater Media), for more than a decade. Those station brands included WMGK, BEN-FM, WMMR and WPEN/97.5 The FANATIC.

Other sales leadership roles include Traffic.com, CBS Television, and Shadow Networks.

Jim has also been very active in the local sports community where he has served as a basketball and soccer coach for many years.

He received his bachelor’s degree in English from Penn State University.

During his time, Brett helped increase student enrollment by 17% using a sustainable outreach and marketing model over seven years. He also developed and implemented a successful five-year strategic plan as a member of the school leadership team. Finally, he advised and collaborated with the president, board of trustees, and school leadership team on daily governance, visioning for future school expansion and policy development.

Nicole has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years.

Today, Nicole is a Benefits Account Manager at McGohan Brabender in Dayton, where she aids in the development of long-term strategies and solutions while retaining and servicing existing accounts. At MB, we have a strong emphasis on maintaining positive client relationships through insurance knowledge and professional communication skills.

Prior to joining MB, Nicole was the Human Resources Manager for SGI Matrix LLC. from 2014-2018, where she was responsible for new hire onboarding, directing the hiring practices, benefit and 401k administration, recruiting, associate training, and personal/career development.

Nicole also worked in human resources for Home Depot from 2001-2014, where she concentrated on peer training, employee engagement, and new hire orientation.

Nicole is a native of Dayton, Ohio and a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and will receive her bachelors in Human Resources in December 2018.

Makenzie joined the Nashville Scott Benefits team in May 2017. Prior to joining Scott, Makenzie had experience in a Human Resources and Benefits Assistant role for a company in the construction equipment industry. She gained experience leading the company’s wellness program, guiding employees through the benefit election process, explaining benefits packages to employees, and assisting with open enrollment meetings. In 2016 Makenzie transitioned to an account management position where she served as the sole benefits department customer service representative for over 75 groups in total.

In 2014, Makenzie graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. Makenzie is currently a member of Middle Tennessee Society of Human Resource Management. She earned her Tennessee insurance producer license in both life and health.
