What is Krav Maga? Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israeli military combining a number of martial arts, from boxing to

jiu jitsu. Focusing on real world situations, Krav Maga emphasizes threat neutralization while employing both offensive and defensive moves that

can be done by men, women and children regardless of age or fitness level. Come see what it’s all about!

This program is open to women, men and children. Come after Religious School with your

whole family!
