Grade 2 Fun Night
After school finished we went out into the art room courtyard and had fresh fruit and fairy bread. After that we went into one of four groups and started our activities. My group went to the library first and played games like: Twister, construction, connect 4.
After the library the group went into 2M and made masks. They could choose a mask, cut it out and colour it and then put the string in the holes so that they could wear it. Some were scary and some were cute.
Next the group went into the staffroom and decorated a biscuit with icing sugar and sweets. They looked like a face. Some were scary and some were cute, but all were delicious. There were some really sticky fingers. Then it was time to eat our dinner. We had a Happy Meal. Some had nuggets and some had cheeseburgers.
Finally it was time for the Talent Quest! I did a dance with Lola and Madison. It was fun and we all had a good time. After our act, we were given a lollypop. Thank you to the judges: Ms Shimazu, Mr Saliba and Ms Sharon.
A big thank you to Rose and the aides for preparing the fruit and fairy bread, Mrs White and Ms Starbuck for bring us our McDonalds and to Ms Park and all the staff who made the fun night happen.
We had an incredible night!

2018 School Organisation
Based on our indicative enrolments for 2018, and the substantial number of Foundation (Prep) students we have enrolled, the school decided to move away from a composite grade structure in the Prep/1 area and instead go with straight grades. As the school is now nearing its enrolment capacity, future enrolments will only be accepted if families reside in the Designated Neighborhood Area (DNA) of KPPS. Please ensure you inform the school if your child will not be returning to Kings Park Primary
EXITING STUDENTS
If your child/ren are not returning
to Kings Park Primary next year
could you please let the office know
as soon as possible so that we do
not include them in our grade
numbers for 2018.
Also, if you are not going to be
returning to school on the first day
of school due to holidays etc. could
you please complete a form, which
you can collect from the office, so
that we are aware of this matter.
