Working at two levels

1.LIVELIHOOD-Vocational training to youth who are school/college dropouts and from underprivileged families and assist them in placement at remuneration above poverty line in upwardly mobile jobs.

2. EDUCATION- Partner with existing schools catering to children from underprivileged families and complement the skill-sets and knowledge being taught in the schools.

Objectives : livelihood training in KEF centre for 90 days and subsequent placement at an average remuneration of Rs.5000/- per month

7. In case of insufficient knowledge, don’t give wrong information rather tell them that you will get back to them with correct information.

8. KEF is a no punishment zone
