Book launch from Malmstenbutiken12th April 2010 Press Release
Malmstenbutiken as the showroom for founder Carl Malmsten of the Swedish arts and crafts movement; hosting K&G x10 book launch party seems an ideal match.
“When we started re-shaping the store in 1999 our aim was to make Carl Malmsten feel contemporary again. In doing so we searched for designers and craft artists that could match the quality of Carl Malmsten and bring freshness into the store. Maria and Adam’s work felt instantly right and after 10 years of working with them they have also become very dear friends.” – Nillus Olofsson & Jerk Malmsten
Korpi & Gordon’s range of hand-printed textile products has been available in Malmstenbutiken since year 2000.
K&G x10 book produced by LOVE Creative from Manchester, England is a celebration of Korpi & Gordon since their foundation 10 years ago

K&G x10 produced in a limited edition of 500; 100 copies will be available exclusively in Sweden from Malmstenbutiken in a specially designed bag made from Korpi & Gordon fabric.
Korpi & Gordon will also show case their new spring / summer range of textile products until 23 April 2010.

Boken “K&G x10” lanseras den 12 April på Malmstenbutiken pressmeddelande
Malmstenbutiken, hem för den svenska Arts & Crafts-rörelsens grundare Carl Malmsten står värd för lanseringen av boken K&GX10. En naturlig följd av ett lyckat samarbete.
Korpi & Gordon’s sortiment av handtryckta textila produkter har funnits i Malmstenbutiken sedan år 2000.
”När vi påbörjade arbetet med att förnya Malmstenbutiken för tio år var målsättningen att hitta en samtida känsla för Carl Malmsten.
I arbetet försökte vi hitta formgivare och konsthantverkare som kunde matcha våra kvalitetskrav och samtidigt ge butiken fräschör.
Maria & Adams textila mönster kändes rätt för oss direkt och tio år senare räknar vi dem också till våra käraste vänner.” -Nillus Olofsson & Jerk Malmsten, Malmstenbutiken.
Boken K&G x10 har producerats av LOVE Creative baserade i Manchester, England och är en manifestation av Korpi & Gordons 10-årsjubileum.

K&G x10 har tryckts i ett begransat antal av 500 böcker; varav 100 som kommer att försäljas via Malmstenbutiken I Stockholm. Boken levereras i en unikt framtagen väska tillverkad av Korpi & Gordons tyg. Fram till den 23 april visas Korpi & Gordons nya vårkollektion i Malmstenbutiken.
