Description Specification
• RoofVent® are roof ventilation units for supplying fresh air
and removing extract air. RoofVent® LHW incorporates a
plate heat exchanger that recovers energy from the extract
air and transmits it to the supply air.

• TopVent® DKV, too, is available with numerous output
ratings and installed in various places.
• TopVent® DKV units are suitable for heating and cooling.
• TopVent® DKV is similar in design to recirculation air

• Three unit sizes, two-speed fans, different heater battery
types and a whole string of accessories provide a tailored
solution for any large space. Special batteries (steam,
electric heating coils) are also available.
• TopVent® DHV has been specially developed for use in
highspaces. Thanks to its high performance and efficient
airdistribution, the unit has a large coverage area. Because
fewer units are needed, investment and installation costs
are lower.

HOVAL Unit_④ Heat Recovery “PWT Heat Exchanger”
Hoval Heat Exchanger Specification
• Hoval plate heat exchangers are air/air heat transmitters
made of aluminium or stainless steel. They are used for
energy recovery in air handling systems and process
technology.
• Cross-flow plate heat exchangers from Hoval are highly
efficient providing dry efficiencies in excess of 80 %. This
makes them superior to comparable counterflow exchangers.
Hoval exchangers have a compact design resulting in space
saving and thus lower costs to the air handling unit.

Conventional System HOVAL ServeLine
• The development of Hoval ServeLine concentrated on the specific requirements for data centers in financial(bank, insurance, etc),
telecommunication and IT companies .
• ServeLine cools the IT environment indirectly with high-efficiency plate heat exchangers. The air in the server room remains
completely separated from the fresh air; this eliminates the possibility of dust or variations in humidity affecting highly sensitive IT
equipments.

HOVAL ProcessLine Description
• The ProcessLine system combines the extraction and
purification of polluted process air with ventilation and
airconditioning via heat exchanger.
• In this way, ProcessLine reduces the ventilation heat
requirement by up to 98 % compared to systems without
heat recovery.
• ProcessLine links the extraction and purification system for
machine exhaust air with the air conditioning system. A
specially developed control system ensures optimum
coordination of all components.
