19.-20. septembril 2012 toimus Arengukoostöö Ümarlaua eestvedamisel Balti riikide kodanikuühendustele seminar, kus tutvustati EL eelarve raamistikku aastateks 2014-2020. Õppisime, millestest elementidest see raamistik koosneb, ja arutasime, kuidas saaks ühendused mõjutada eelarvet meie arvates õiges suunas.
