CLINICAL ACTIVITIES I am a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario and licensed to practice in clinical psychology and clinical neuropsychology with adults and seniors within the province of Ontario. I hold licensure number 3663. I am listed with the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. I have over 15 years of experience conducting medical legal, independent psychological and neuropsychological examinations, as well as psychological and neuropsychological Catastrophic examinations in keeping with the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment. As well, I have completed the CMCC AMA Guides to Impairment Rating: Musculoskelatal, Neurological Systems, course program and am certified in the 4th edition. I have also completed my degree requirements for the Program of Insurance Medicine and Medicolegal Expertise with the Universite de Montreal, Faculty of Medicine.
