    ISSACHAR REPORT

  • Spin & Counter spin• Obama: Weakened Israel would be ‘failure’ for my

    presidency

    • White House: Iran would never agree to give up nuclear program

    • President Barack Obama says he is "absolutely committed to making sure" Israel maintains a military advantage over Iran.

    • Netanyahu on US TV: Iran’s missile program aims at you, not us

  • PMW - Peace PartnerThe Mufti of the Palestinian Authority Sheikh Muhammad Hussein, appointed in 2006 by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas to the position of most senior religious leader in the PA, told a conference of "Muslim scholars and delegations from over 46 countries" that Israel must be destroyed in the name of Islam:   "The land of Palestine is waqf (i.e., inalienable religious endowment in Islamic law). It must not be relinquished nor must any part of it be sold... It is the duty of the leaders of the [Islamic] nation and its peoples to liberate Palestine and Jerusalem.” [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, March 23, 2015]

This statement imposes prohibitions and obligations on all Muslims. First, according to the PA religious leader, all Muslims are prohibited from recognizing Israel's existence or signing a genuine and permanent peace treaty with Israel that "relinquishes any part" of "Palestine," meaning all of Israel. Second, he told the world's Muslim delegations that they and all Muslims have a religious obligation to "liberate Palestine" - meaning to destroy Israel.

  • Think About It

    • “The Palestinians want a state without negotiations, without compromise, and without a peace deal,” he said.

    • “Imagine what a state like that would look like — an extremist Islamist terrorist state. A state that will be funded by Iran, will be armed like Hezbollah in Lebanon, that will be as unstable as Syria and Iraq and as dangerous as the Islamic State.” Ron Prosor

  • Iran DealThe framework agreement confirms repeated reports that the U.S. has capitulated to Iran’s core demand that it retain all of its nuclear infrastructure.  Under the parameters announced last night, Iran will not have to close any of its nuclear facilities, including the underground center at Fordow and the heavy water reactor at Arak.  Likewise, Iran will not have to dismantle any of its 19,000 centrifuges. The only alleged benefit from this deal is Iran’s commitment not to use this infrastructure beyond certain limits for the next decade or so.  But pledges from Iran are entirely worthless, and no one should pretend otherwise.  Iran has cheated and lied about its nuclear program since the day this illegal program was first discovered.   Finally, this deal appears to provide accelerated sanctions relief to Iran.  Iran will quickly reap the vast cash infusion that has motivated it to participate.  A newly flush Iran will soon have more resources than ever to invest in its aggression in Iraq, Syria, Yemen and beyond.  This is good news for Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthi rebels and every other group who relies on Tehran for missiles, explosives and training.  This is bad news for America, Israel and every one of us.

  • Bibi Furious with P5+1• “Yesterday, an Iranian general brazenly declared, and I quote,

‘Israel’s destruction is non-negotiable’, but evidently, giving Iran’s murderous regime a clear path to the bomb is negotiable,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated in fury on Wednesday. “This is unconscionable. I agree with those who have said that Iran’s claim that its nuclear program is only for peaceful purposes doesn’t square with Iran’s insistence on keeping underground nuclear facilities, advanced centrifuges and a heavy water reactor. Nor does it square with Iran’s insistence on developing ICBMs and its refusal to come clean with the IAEA on its past weaponization efforts. At the same time, Iran is accelerating its campaign of terror, subjugation and conquest throughout the region, most recently in Yemen.

  • Mohammad Reza Naqdi• The commander of the Basij militia of

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said that “erasing Israel off the map” is “nonnegotiable,” according to an Israel Radio report Tuesday. Militia chief Mohammad Reza Naqdi also threatened Saudi Arabia, saying that the offensive it is leading in Yemen “will have a fate like the fate of Saddam Hussein.”

    • Naqdi’s comments were made public as Iran and six world powers prepared Tuesday to issue a general statement agreeing to continue nuclear negotiations in a new phase aimed at reaching a comprehensive accord by the end of June.

  • Verification?• There are more than half a dozen shifting elements at play in the Iran

nuclear deal currently being cobbled together in Lausanne, Switzerland – everything from the number of uranium-enriching centrifuges to the fate of the underground facility in Fordow to the possible military dimensions of the program. But the future, assuming a deal is reached, will hinge on monitoring and verification, and that, to borrow a phrase from an Obama insider, is a problem from hell.

    • The reports indicate that Germany’s Der Spiegel revealed the existence of an undisclosed nuclear facility in Syria where as much as 50 tons of enriched uranium may have been taken, so that while it remained in Syrian territory, it was nonetheless under Iranian control. The facility is located deep in the Qalamoun region, territory controlled by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps-Quds Force and Iran’s terror proxy Hezbollah.

  • Israel’s Right to Exist?

    • Israel will not accept an agreement which allows a country that vows to annihilate us to develop nuclear weapons. Period. In addition, Israel demands that any final agreement with Iran will include a clear and unambiguous Iranian commitment to Israel's right to exist."

    • When asked about Netanyahu's demand, U.S. State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said Friday, "This is an agreement that is only about the nuclear issue. We have purposefully kept that separate from every other issue. This is an agreement that doesn't deal with any other issues, nor should it. And that's what we're focused on."

  • Hezbollah• Iran is placing guided warheads on its

rockets and smuggling them to Hezbollah in Lebanon, a senior Defense Ministry official involved in preparing Israeli air defenses said Tuesday.

    • Speaking at the Israel Air and Missile Defense Conference in Herzliya, organized by the iHLS defense website and the Israel Missile Defense Association, Col. Aviram Hasson said Iran is converting Zilzal unguided rockets into accurate, guided M-600 projectiles by upgrading their warheads.

  • • JNS.org – The Lebanese terror group Hezbollah could fire between 1,000 and 1,500 rockets per day in its next full-scale conflict against Israel, according to the latest estimates from the Israeli Home Front Command.

    • Last summer’s Gaza war saw about 4,500 rockets and other projectiles hit Israel in roughly 50 days of fighting. The Home Front command source noted that Hezbollah has been rapidly upgrading its rocket arsenal for more accurate rockets that can target both military installations and civilian areas.

  • Haifa• Residents of Haifa, in northern

Israel, have expressed their fears that Lebanese based terror group Hezbollah will target ammonia tanks in the city, which store more than 15 thousand tons of gas, and will cause the deaths of tens of thousands of the city’s residents.

  • Not Hard to BelieveNEWS BRIEF: "Germanwings co-pilot Andreas Lubitz praised on Facebook: Our holy martyr Lubitz died for our prophet, Pamela Geller, March 26, 2015 "Piloting a plane to crash is not suicide, its mass murder. Lubitz was identified as a German citizen and Mr Robin said he was not known to terrorism links or extremist links ... Marseille prosecutor Brice Robin added his religion was 'unknown'." However, the very fact that numerous Muslims were praising him on their Facebook pages as an Islamic martyr to the Prophet seems very clear to me that this co-pilot who drove this passenger plane into a mountain was carrying out a suicide mission for Islam. for the past several years, Islamic leaders have warned that they are going to strike at Western targets in Europe in retaliation for the continuous Western war against Islam. Western airline authorities must be shaking in their boots right now, contemplating the impact on business if passengers decide not to fly because they are concerned about one of the pilots being intent upon a terrorist suicide! Millions of jobs are dependent upon the international airline business.

  • Pew Polls• NEW YORK (AP) — Over the next four decades, Islam is expected to

grow faster than any other major religion worldwide, with the Muslim population nearly matching Christians in both number and share of the global population, according to projections released Thursday.

    • Christians will remain the largest religious group, increasing to 2.92 billion adherents by 2050 if current demographic trends continue. But Muslims will reach 2.76 billion, making each faith group about 30 percent of the world population, analysts from the Pew Research Center said.

    • The projections in the report, “The Future of World Religions,” are based on birth and death rates, immigration patterns and rates of religious conversions,

  • Christians Martyred

    • Kenya on Sunday began three days of national mourning for the 148 people, mostly students, massacred by Somalia’s Shabab militants at a university in Garissa.

    • The militants attacked the university at dawn, and lined up non-Muslim students for execution in what Kenyatta described as a “barbaric medieval slaughter”.

    • The massacre, Kenya’s deadliest attack since the 1998 bombing of the US embassy in Nairobi, claimed the lives of 142 students,
