This year’s National Conference Choir Concert will be held in the beautiful Civic Center Music Hall, a 15 minute walk (.7 miles) from the Conference Hotel. NATIONAL CONFERENCE CHOIR CONCERT

The Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel by Marriott is the Official Conference Hotel. It is connected by skywalk to the Cox Convention Center, the location of all the choir rehearsals and meeting space. The second hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown. It is directly across the street from the Cox Convention Center, and historic Bricktown.

OAKE has contracted a block of sleeping rooms in the Official Conference Hotel for our conference attendees’ and choir families’ use. If this block is not filled, OAKE will sustain a substantial penalty (up to $200,000). This would ultimately impact the fiscal health of OAKE and likely result in higher registration fees for future years.

IMPORTANT: The OAKE Conference Rate applies to a fixed number of rooms. The room block may be sold out well before the expiration date; please book your hotel rooms early. If the hotel room block becomes filled and cannot accept further reservations, additional hotels and lodging options will be listed at oake.org/conferences.

The OAKE Conference Rate expires at 5 PM (EST) on FEBRUARY 28, 2018 OR when the OAKE room block is sold out, whichever comes first
