Registration Charges for KOACON 2015

Registration is compulsory for all including children below 10yrs (but will be free of cost). Senior KOA members

above 65yrs need to pay only incidental charges.

Pre - conference workshop and banquet charges

Conference registration is compulsory to attend the workshop and banquet. Workshop & Banquet charges are

applicable to senior delegates also. Children below 10 yrs are exempted from banquet charges.

Kozhikode sightseeing tour is free for the accompanying persons of those who have registered for the workshop.

KOACON 2015 Tariff

Residential package of four days & three nights at the Venue (last few left)

Registration for the conference (Including the banquet) is compulsory to avail the residential package. Rates given

below is on twin sharing basis. Residential package includes registration for the conference, all food from 22nd

evening to 25th afternoon, Banquet, complimentary usage of Indoor games facilities, Swimming Pool (with Swim

ming suites only), Water fall, Hanging Bridge, Cycles, and Kids Play Area etc. Zip Line, Archery, Kayaking, Spa

& Ayurveda will be chargeable as extra. Room allotment will be according to the decision of the organizing com

mittee and will be binding on all who have taken the residential package

Special rates for residential package (only 10 rooms left) Please confirm availability before booking

In case the accommodation at the venue is completed filled, the delegates in the residential package will be

allotted the nearby resort (5 Kms) of similar category (Windflower Resorts) at the same rates. Transportation from

resort will be provided free of charge for these delegates.

Residential package of four days & three nights at Wayanad Gate Hotel

Residential package includes registration for the conference, breakfast from 23rd to 25th at the hotel of residence,

Lunch & dinner from 22nd night to 25th afternoon at the conference venue, Banquet.

Wi-Fi & Swimming Pool usage complimentary .

Provisional residential package booking can be done by paying a nominal amount of Rs.6000/- only.

The balance amount needs to be done only on or before 31-05-2014. The booking amount is non

refundable in case of cancellations. All payments have to be done as Demand Draft in favor of
