FusionCharts Suite XT, is our flagship product, which enables web and mobile developers to build cross-platform and cross-device data

visualizations in HTML5

It consists of 4 individual products that enables developers to render 90+ chart types and 965+ maps. These are widely used in dashboards, reports,

analytics applications, surveys etc.

Licensing Overview

Various license types which we do offer• Standard licenses, designed for deploying onto non-commercial corporate websites, and into intranet applications.

• Project licenses, for developer organizations, who are custom building applications, to be deployed onto end-clients intranet servers.

• Re-distributable and SaaS licenses, for organizations who builds and sells commercial software/ applications, whether on-premise or as SaaS.

Standard Licenses

Standard Licenses, are designed for organizations who intends to embed FusionCharts Suite XT onto non-commercial corporate websites, and also embed the same into business applications, hosted on intranet servers primarily to be accessed by the internal employees, stakeholders etc. of the organization

Project License

A license which has been designed and should be typically used by a developer organization, who intends to embed FusionCharts’ software into a custom application, for one of their end-client. This application shall be later deployed as a standalone application, onto the end-client’s intranet server/s, to be primarily used by their internal employees, stakeholders etc. of the organization. Hence, post development the developer organization shall transfer the ownership rights of this custom application, to the end-client.

Salient Features of a Project License: A license agreement shall be formulated, incorporating both the developer

organization, as well as the end-client’s name. We shall even mention the URL /name of the application on which FusionCharts' licenses will be deployed, into this agreement.

A separate End-User Software License certificate shall be issued by us to the end-

client, wherein we shall confirm the authenticity and validity of the license.

Re-distributable License

Is applicable when an organization wants to embed FusionCharts products in their

commercial apps/products and deploy those on customer premises.

Includes re-distribution rights for the selected FusionCharts products with ONE of the

customer's app/product (unless otherwise specified).

Customers will be licensed for unlimited developers and clients of the app for which

they have purchased a Redistributable license.

Redistributable license comes with complementary FusionCharts priority support

and upgrades subscription as long as the license is valid

Two license models :

A. Lump Sum with AUC ( annual usage charge ) from 2nd year onwards.

B. Annual.

Re-distributable License

A) Lump-Sum : Client pays an up-front fee in the 1st year, and 20% of the up-front

fee, as an AUC ( annual usage charges ) from 2nd year onwards. By paying the AUC,

the client will be eligible to re-distribute the charts, maps with their product for next

1 year and shall receive FREE priority technical support from FusionCharts’ widely

acclaimed tech-support team, along with all the version upgrades of the products

which they have purchased.

B) Annual : The client here shall pay the same license fee every year.

SaaS License

Is applicable if an organization wants to embed FusionCharts products in its

commercially hosted web application (either in physical servers or on the cloud).

Typical SaaS licensing is annually recurring in nature and is dependent on the

number of production servers (or instances if on the cloud).

Customers will be licensed for unlimited developers and clients of the web

application for which they have purchased a SaaS license.

SaaS license comes with complementary FusionCharts’ priority support and

upgrades subscription as long as the license is valid.

Two license models :
