Key Rules
• Clean Floor Policy- CRATES must be labeled "EMPTY" for removal by 5:00 PM Sunday, March 5. Crates not labeled "EMPTY" at this time will be removed regardless of status.
- CARDBOARD, FIBER CASES & ACCESS STORAGE ITEMS must be labeled and ready for removal by 1:00 PM on Monday, March 6.
- AISLES must be 100% clean of any items that may impede the final aisle clean up and installation of aisle carpet by 5:00 PM on Monday, March 6.
• Dismantling Early– Any exhibitor who begins to dismantle or pack part of their exhibit before the close of the
Exhibition will lose their priority number in the next Exhibition and be charged a $10.00 per square foot penalty.

• If the convention center and/or Westgate Hotel need to be evacuated, the following hotlines will provide a recorded message with information.

Security Procedures – First Aid Locations• Routine first aid may be administered onsite by one of the medical staff hired
by Show Management. The first aid stations are:
– Central Lobby near the convention center Security office
– North West Lobby near North Hall 2
– South building, first floor, West Lobby
• The first aid/nurse station in the convention center can be reached through the LVCVA security office at 702-892-7400.
• No designated first aid station at the Westgate Hotel. Any first aid needed can be reached through the Westgate Hotel security office at 702-732-5414.
Security Procedures – Lost & Found• Lost Items – Lost items at the LVCC may be claimed or turned in at the LVCVA
Security Office (near Central Hall 4 in the Grand Lobby concourse). Lost items at the Westgate Hotel may be claimed or turned in at the Westgate Hotel Security Office.
• Children – Lost children will be identified by their badges and taken to the LVCVA security office until a parent or guardian is located (or the Westgate Hotel security office, depending on the location of the lost child).
• Shuttle Bus Lost & Found – Lost articles left on any of the shuttle buses may be claimed or turned in at the Shuttle Bus Lost & Found, located in the Gold Lot.

• Work pass buttons required for all registered personnel and registered EACs

• Exhibitor Badge-Packs include a 7-day monorail pass.
Parking• Parking is not available on the Las Vegas Convention Center campus.
