1 The SANUSCOIN cryptocoin

1.1 Definition and properties

The SANUSCOIN is a token over Bitcoin blockchain founded on health, rationality

and balance. It is not, like other currencies, regulated by any state or any central

bank, but by all its users. Based on a computer protocol that sets rules for the

background activity, every user can check all the others, anytime. SANUSCOIN

relies itself directly on the Bitcoin blockchain, which has grown organically over

many years and has established itself worldwide thanks to the secure proof-of-

work principle.

1.2 The company behind SANUSCOIN

The issuer of the SANUSCOIN cryptocoin is SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL GmbH, a

trading company based in South Tyrol (Italy), hereafter also called "SANUSLIFE®".

The company has longstanding experience in the development, production and

marketing of drinking water treatment systems and health care products in gen-

eral and is one of the technology leaders in drinking water ionization, both na-

tionally and internationally. In 2016 the company launched five (5) business are-

as, all integrated into a single Internet platform. They form the foundation of

SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL, are aimed at several target groups and meet the

needs of the public. Particularly popular is the bonus and discount system inte-

grated in all business areas, via which users can collect SANUSCREDITS and then

convert them into SANUSCOINS free of charge.

1.3 From free SANUSCREDITS to free SANUSCOINS

SANUSCREDITS, or "SCs" for short, are virtual bonus coins collected by taking part

in various activities on the SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL platform, can be re-

deemed when making purchases on the same platform and converted to SAN-

USCOINS annually through a third-party service provider.

SANUSCREDITS can be collected through the following activities:



1. Through active participation in the in-house online community SAN-

USWORLD (www.sanusworld.com), for example by inviting new users, log-

ging in, confirming friend requests, commenting posts, etc.

2. By purchasing SANUSLIFE® products, hereafter also referred to as

"SANUSPRODUCTS", which the company offers for sale under its own

brands (ECAIA, ESORI and ANACOS) in its own SANUSSTORE online shop.

The number of SCs credited is equal, according to a 1:1 ratio, to the dis-

count in euros obtained selected SANUSPRODUCTS (5% / 10% / 20% / 30%),

as a benefit of a discount position.

3. By reaching a discount position, according to the Compensation Plan of

SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL.

4. By starting as a partner company by joining the "SANUSCOMPANIES" busi-

ness area. The applying entrepreneur receives 990 SC credited by putting

online at least one product in the SANUSSTORE.

5. By successfully recommending and sponsoring SANUSCOMPANIES. The

Sponsor of the successfully registered partner company will receive a SC

credit based on his/her current discount position, calculated on the SC

credit, which will be credited to the partner company. Assuming that the

sponsor holds the discount position VIP, the calculation is done as follows:

990 SC * 30% (VIP) = 297 SC

6. By participating in an event organized by SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL.

Each registered user / member receives a certain amount SC credited

upon purchase of an event ticket. The amount of the SC varies and de-

pends basically on the amount of the ticket price.

7. Through special actions and incentive programs that SANUSLIFE® INTER-

NATIONAL launches from time to time.

Each SANUSCREDIT has a value of one (1) Euro and is considered a discount or

bonus exclusively in the SANUSTORE, SANUSLIFE®'s online shop.

1.4 The distribution process and the maximum number of

SANUSCOINS

As with bitcoins, SANUSCOINS also has an automatic limit. The maximum payout

is limited to seven hundred seventy-seven million seven hundred seventy-seven



thousand and seven hundred and seventy-seven (777,777,777) SANUSCOINS. All

SANUSCOINS have been generated already. From 2018 to 2024, one hundred

and eleven million one hundred and eleven thousand and one hundred and

eleven (111,111,111) SANUSCOINS are simply distributed each year until the max-

imum amount is reached. The annually-distributed 111,111,111 SANUSCOINS will

be converted exclusively to the SANUSCREDITS owners, in relation to the re-

deemed SANUSCREDITS, and distributed to the respective Coin hold-

ers/requesters. In the 2018 implementation year 11,111,111 SANUSCOINS (= 1.42%

of 777,777,777 SANUSCOINS) will be exceptionally retained by SANUSLIFE® INTER-

NATIONAL. Of this total amount, a maximum of 6,000,000 SANUSCOINS will be

released in the context of two Exchange phases and within a fixed time window

for exchange against Bitcoins. The remaining 5,111,111 SANUSCOINS will be

managed by SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL (= 0.79% of 777,777,777 SANUSCOINS).

More information you will find under point 4 (1st wallet). The Bitcoin’s fees for the

annual allocation of SANUSCOINS to the respective SANUSWALLET-addresses will

be defrayed by SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL. However, SANUSLIFE® INTERNATION-

AL reserves the right to pass on the fees to the respective SANUSWALLET owners in

future. The Bitcoin’s fees for all other transactions (SAC>SAC, SAC>BTC, BTC>SAC,

BTC>BTC) inside the respective SANUSWALLETS have to be defrayed by the re-

spective SANUSWALLET owner in person.

1.5 The conversion of SANUSCREDITS into SANUSCOINS

The conversion of SANUSCREDITS into SANUSCOINS is limited to one (1) month

and takes place annually in January (from 1 to 31 January). This conversion peri-

od will end on January 2024 as soon as the maximum number of SANUSCOINS is

distributed. Each owner of SANUSCREDITS must take the following two steps in

order to receive SANUSCOINS:

1. Do the pairing in the log in area on www.sanuslife.com under >MY PROFILE

>My SANUSWALLET, by scanning the QR code shown on your smartphone

(SANUSWALLET APP).

2. Request the conversion in the log in area under >MY PROFILE >MY SAN-

USCOINS immediately after completing the pairing process.

1.6 The exchange of bitcoins into SANUSCOINS

There are a total of 2 exchange phases:



1. Phase I from 17th February 2018 to 17th February 2018 (about 6 hours); Issue

of over 3.5 million SANUSCOINS;

2. Phase II from 1st October 2018 until 31st December 2018; Issuing the remain-

ing amount up to a total of 6 million SANUSCOINS;

The exchange of SANUSCOINS with bitcoins is possible in any case exclusively in

the form of SANUSCOIN packages.

For the exchange/purchase of SANUSCOINS it is absolutely necessary to have a

1.7 What does SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL do with its Bitcoin

resources?

As early as 2006, the company laid the foundation for a sustainable sales struc-

ture and was thus able to pre-finance the entire crypto project with its own re-

sources:

- The (centrally controlled) SANUSCREDIT Virtual Bonus and Discount Coin

has been integrated into SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL's business areas and

developed into a highly effective/well-functioning reward and incentive

program;

- The (decentralized) virtual cryptocoin SANUSCOIN was started as a token

over Bitcoin blockchain and is primarily issued as a gift by converting

SANUSCREDITS;

- SANUSWALLET, available for Android smartphones and iPhones, is de-

signed to manage, send, receive, trade and transfer bitcoins and SAN-

USCOINS, and can be downloaded and used free of charge.

The aim of SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL is to register more than one (1) million dis-

tribution partners (members) worldwide by 2020 and to create a sustainable

ecosystem through further investment. On the one hand, to directly increase the

recommendations of our own products and those of our partner companies. On

the other hand, to indirectly increase the demand for SANUSCOINS due to newly

created acceptance points.

SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL intends to implement the following projects with the

help of the incoming bitcoins - by offering in exchange into SANUSCOINS - for the

SANUSCOIN crypto-currency:

- Creation of advertising videos and sales funnels. Advantage: Increased

brand awareness;

- Introduction of a dedicated SANUSCOIN explorer to verify SANUSCOIN

transactions in progress on the Bitcoin blockchain. Advantage: Transpa-

rent payment flows;

- To enable the exchange of Bitcoins for SANUSCOINS and vice versa, di-

rectly in SANUSWALLETs, by listing on an official Coin Exchange, which in



turn is directly connected to the SANUSWALLET; Advantage: The tradability

of SANUSCOINS is facilitated;

- The listing of SANUSCOINS on several, various coin exchanges (in progress)

and coin ranking portals; Advantage: visibility is increased, which contrib-

utes to brand awareness and should boost the coin value;

- Implementation of a multifunctional payment system in the SANUSSTORE

in-house online shop, which enables payment with SANUSCOINS. The idea

behind it: Bitcoins can be bought and traded worldwide without a bank

account. In the SANUSWALLET they can quickly be exchanged into SAN-

USCOINS and used for payment in the SANUSSTORE (project in progress).

Advantage: This results in an alternative payment option in all those coun-

tries where shopping via the Internet is only possible through bank-based

products (credit cards, PayPal, ...).

- Implementation of a modern interface in external online shops, which

makes payment with SANUSCOINS possible (project in progress). Ad-

vantage: Increasing the level of visibility and the demand for SANUSCOINS

on the Internet.

- Implementation of a modern interface in retail stores, which makes pay-

ment with SANUSCOINS possible (in progress). Advantage: Increasing the

level of awareness and the demand for SANUSCOINS, also offline, at re-

tailers and service providers, with the aim of integrating the SANUSCOIN in

real life and making it, in the truest sense of the word, "tangible."

The project also aims to implement the following applications:

- To provide an OFFER MAP (similar to Google Maps), with each SANUSWAL-

LET owner in the wallet being able to use tabs to see all SANUSCOIN ac-

ceptance points; Advantage: The overview of all acceptance points in-

creases the circulation or trade of SANUSCOINS, the degree of familiarity

and the demand.

- Implementation of a modern interface directly with SANUSLIFE® INTER-

NATIONAL, which makes the payment of commissions in the form of SAN-

USCOINS possible worldwide, so that also distribution partners without

bank account commissions can easily and quickly receive commissions.

Advantage: SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL buys SANUSCOINS via the Coin

Exchange and thus automatically increases the demand for SANUSCOINS.



1.8 Two cryptocurrencies in a wallet: The SANUSWALLET

As with all cryptocurrencies, you also need a digital wallet to manage SAN-

USCOINS. For this purpose, SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL provides the free SAN-

USWALLET. This can be downloaded and installed on smartphones (Android, the

latest updated version) and iPhones (11.3), via the web page

http://sanuscoin.com/wallet/. One version is available for Android (Google Play)

and one for iOS systems (as web app).

The big advantage of the SANUSWALLET is that it offers the management of two

cryptocurrencies within a single wallet: Bitcoin and SANUSCOIN.

1.9 SANUSCOIN transaction fees

As with Bitcoin, SANUSCOIN also incurs transaction fees which are set by the

Bitcoin Blockchain system and vary with respect to the particular block and prior-

2 Token over Bitcoin-Blockchain: The technology

behind SANUSCOIN

2.1 From "Bitcoin" to "Token over Bitcoin Blockchain" or

"Colored Coins"

Bitcoin is the world's first decentralized digital currency that makes it easy to store

and transfer cryptographic tokens by using a peer-to-peer network to transfer

information, hashing as a synchronization, and a powerful scripting system to de-

termine the number of ownership relations of the tokens. There is a growing tech-

nology and business infrastructure that supports it. The original design makes

bitcoins fungible and acts as a neutral medium of exchange. However, by care-

fully following the source of a given bitcoin, it is possible to "color" a set of bitcoins

in order to distinguish them from the rest. In this case we use the English term of

"colored coins."

2.2 The definition of the term “colored coins”

Originally, Bitcoin was designed as a currency. However, using the Bitcoin script-

ing language, it is possible to store small amounts of metadata in the Bitcoin

blockchain. These can be used to represent asset manipulation statements. An

example of this is the coding of a bitcoin transaction. For example, in a Bitcoin

transaction, you can specify that 100 units of a new asset (SANUSCOIN) have

been issued/spent and are now credited to a specific Bitcoin address. A special-

ly/specifically-programmed wallet (SANUSWALLET) can create a bitcoin transac-

tion that allows the encoded transmission of e.g. 50 units of an asset (SAN-

USCOIN) from one address to a new address and so on.

2.3 Characteristics and possible uses of the Token over Bitcoin

Blockchain

SANUSCOINS have the special property of being supported by public approval

of the Bitcoin network and have a value that is independent of the denomina-

tion/nominal value of the underlying bitcoins.



This means that the SANUSCOINS can use the existing Bitcoin infrastructure with-

out a third-party connection, can be stored and transferred there, and even ex-

changed with one another via the special SANUSWALLETS. The transfer is always

100% decentralized.

The benefit of using the Bitcoin Blockchain as a backbone structure lies in

Bitcoin's strong features such as immutability, non-counterfeitability, easy transfer,

robustness/resilience and transparency.

2.4 The technical aspect and the algorithm

The basic object in the Bitcoin network is called a Bitcoin transaction.

A Bitcoin transaction includes:

1. A set of inputs, each of which contains (i) the transaction hash and the

output index of one of the outputs of a previous transaction and (ii) a digi-

tal signature serving as cryptographic proof that the recipient of the pre-

vious transaction authorizes this new transaction.

2. A set of outputs, each of which contains (i) the value (amount of BTC) to

be issued, and (ii) a script that determines the conditions under which the

output can be spent.

The exact nature of scripts and signatures is not important for the token over

bitcoin blockchain protocol; a useful simplification is to think of the output script

as a public key and the signature as a standard, cryptographic digital signature

created with the corresponding private key.



3 The SANUSCOIN output: The programming and

technical generation of SANUSCOINS

3.1 Definition

SANUSCOIN is built on the Bitcoin blockchain, where the token output and all

later transfer transactions are registered. Both operations are performed within

the "OP_RETURN" bitcoin operations.

3.2 Output transaction

In this example transaction, there are 2 UTXOs (Unspent (U) Transaction (TX) Out-

put (O)) in the input, the first one outputs 85,000,000 SACs and the second one is

taken from the Bitcoin wallet. The first output contains the address to which the

SACs are moved. The second output contains the OP_RETURN, which records all

the information that defines the transaction (the output of the SAC and the

amount). The third output contains the Bitcoin change, the fourth output con-

4 SANUSCOIN management (2019-2024)

A SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL contracted third-party provider, also known as the

"distributor", has issued SANUSCOINS and deposited them on seven (7) addresses,

each receiving 111,111,111 SACs.

- One (1) wallet holding 5,111,111 SACs and used and managed by SAN-

USLIFE® INTERNATIONAL for its own purposes, as described in par. 1.4;

- and another six (6) wallets, each holding 111,111,111 SACs available for

distribution to the SANUSCOIN requesters.

4.1 Prerequisite and differentiation of the distribution of tasks in

the safekeeping and distribution of SANUSCOINS

The prerequisite for managing SANUSCOINS is a SANUSWALLET on an Android

Smartphone or an iOS (web app).

The tasks are distributed between the parties involved as follows:

1. Safekeeping of SANUSCOINS: SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL GmbH



2. Distribution of SANUSCOINS: third party service provider(s)

For custodian of SANUSCOINS we mean the institution that deals with the imple-

mentation of all the measures necessary to achieve the following objectives:

to grant authorized personnel access to SANUSCOINS;

prevent unauthorized access to SANUSCOINS;

If necessary, to determine the recipients and the number of SANUSCOINS

to be distributed;

make SANUSCOINS available to the third-party service provider so that

they can distribute them to the respective recipients.

The “distributor of the SANUSCOINS” refers to the institution which deals with the

following:

to allow access with a passphrase to the SANUSCOINS made available by

the depositary/custodian;

safekeeping of SANUSCOINS from receipt to completion of distribution to

the requesters;

distribution of SANUSCOINS to the requesters in their respective quantities.

4.2 Risk Analysis

The SANUSCOINS were programmed as a token over bitcoin blockchain. There-

fore, they benefit from a level of security that is comparable to that of bitcoins.

Once deposited on a SANUSCOIN address, they can be "spent" only by the per-

son in possession of the appropriate private key (passphrase). These private keys

can be taken from a special wallet, based on a mnemonic phrase (passphrase)

that allows the wallet itself to be generated and exported for safekeeping.

The SANUSCOIN depositary/custodian therefore has to take particular care when

dealing, among other things, with:

the management of a SANUSCOIN wallet for each year;

storing the mnemonic phrase (passphrase) for each wallet and taking

care that this data will not be made public known;



the safekeeping of mnemonic phrases (passphrases) to ensure that ac-

cess to the SANUSCOINS can be granted when needed;

These particular actions are the same for any Bitcoin-wallet or SANUSCOIN-

wallet, and therefore do not present problems that require a specific, in-depth

analysis.

4.3 The procedure

In order for the distribution of SANUSCOINS to be carried out in conformity with

the risk analysis, the depositary (SANUSLIFE® INTERNATIONAL) and the distributor

(third party service provider) had to proceed as follows:

The depositary had to:

1. Open the application and create a new wallet by clicking >Go and accept

the Terms of Use;

2. Backup the mnemonic phrase (passphrase) by clicking on the icon >Settings

in the lower right corner and scroll down to >Backup;

3. Generate a new SANUSCOIN address;

4. Send the generated address to the distributor (third party service provice);

5. Ensure that the receiving address to be communicated is a SANUSCOIN ad-

system through the SANUSCOMPANIES business area and use it to sell his own

products and services. A request on the same-name website is enough for the

company to get a first impression of the potential cooperation partner. If the in-

terested company complies with SANUSLIFE's acceptance criteria, everything

goes very quickly: the entrepreneur receives his access data and can continue

with the setting up of his online shop. The software supports him in presenting the

items of his choice, but also in all other administrative processes, from ordering to

warehouse management to billing. The partner only has to ship the goods himself

- the rest is handled by the software programmed exclusively for SANUSLIFE® and

6 An overview of key points
