Job Description Overview:The successful candidate will be a key member of the Vendor Income Finance team and will be responsible and accountable to accurately prepare, manage and process vendor income and not limited to the following:
Key responsibilities:• Meet the business and financial objectives• Creation, development and verification of weekly financial billings• Data management and extraction from various financial systems and processing of data• Day to day preparation and processing of information within tight timelines • Manage inquiries from both internal and external sources• Communicating with both Finance and Category Management• Variance analysis and audit reviews• Continuous process improvement• Special projects as required
Job Qualifications
• Highly motivated, pro-active professional, who is flexible with an ability to adapt to a complex and ever changing environment• Strong financial skills and solid understanding on internal controls• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail• Ability to manage large volumes of data, advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)• Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications skills – ability to effectively obtain information and communication issues and request to others • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines• Financial analysis expertise and the ability to review and improve controls• Consistency, accuracy and completeness of information management and processing• Results oriented – ability to prioritize and consistently deliver on time with high degree of accuracy• Enrollment in CGA/CMA program an asset
