Release of key findings and response panel of the Technology and Innovation Survey for the Asia Pacific real estate industry In August this year, ULI Asia Pacific, in partnership with Taronga Ventures, invited our members and industry players to participate in our first Technology and Innovation Survey for the Asia Pacific real estate industry in the Covid-19 era. We wanted to understand

• What are the top business activities in which innovation/technology was implemented?

• What are the biggest challenges you face when incorporating new technology?

• What strategies are you exploring to engage with new technologies?

• And the extent to which your innovation strategy delivered on expectations

Join us as we present the key findings of the Survey where we will discuss the level of technology adoption – what has actually been incorporated in the real estate business in Asia Pacific currently, who pays for innovation and what are the tools that foster technology innovation. The session will include a short presentation of the survey results followed by a response panel with industry thought leaders.
