Pre-construction installs - Determine the correct hole location. (refer to figures 1-4) Use a 2 inch hole saw and add a conduit raceway

above the drop ceiling.

Post-construction installs – Determine the correct hole location. (refer to figures 1-4) Use a 2 inch hole saw and a snake to fish wires above

the drop ceiling.

Hold the back-plate (white PVC) of the sign up to the wall. Ensure that hole for the wiring harness lines up with the hole in the wall. With

the help of a second person, ensure that the sign is level and in the proper position. Drill 8 pilot holes through the back-plate of the sign and into the drywall.

Lower and remove the back-plate of the sign off the wall. Install the included drywall anchors into the wall.

With the help of a second person, hold the sign back up to the wall and use the included screws to m

ount the back-plate of the sign to the wall. Ensure the screws are going into the anchors. Do not tighten until all screws are confirm

ed to be started into their anchors. Before tightening screws in the top left cor ner, guide the wire into the wall and snake it to the top hole.

Once all screws are started, gently tighten until flush or just past flush of the back-plate of the sign. Do not leave the heads of the screws exposed past flush of the back-plate.

Mount a 10*10*4 junction box above the ceiling. Safely run the wiring harness through a punch out of the junction box. On the LED

controller module, rem

ove the single Phillips head screw holding the terminal cover. Loosen the 4 flat head term

inal screws. Strip back the insulation from

the 4 wires and place each wire in its matching term

inal. Tighten the flat head screws after each wire has been inserted.

Replace the terminal cover with the single Phillips head screw. On the other end of the LED controller m

odule, remove the single Phillips

head screw holding the terminal cover. Loosen the 2 flat head term

inal screws. Strip back the insulation on the included red and black 2-wire harness. Place the red wire in V+ and the black wire in V-. Tighten the 2 flat head screws after each wire has been inserted. Replace the term

inal cover with the single Phillips head screw.

Strip the insulation from the other end of the red and black 2-wire harness and connect them

to the power output of the transformer. V+ to

red wire. V- to black wire. Ensure that the switch on the power transformer is set to 115V.

Run building power through a punch out in the junction box. Make the appropriate connection to the power transform

er.

Verify that the light on the power transformer is on. Using the rem

ote control, check that the sign powers on. If the sign fails to power on, verify that your connections are correct. M

ake sure that the sign powers on before proceeding.

Test fit the sign face. Ensur e that the white pucks on the back of the face align with the holes in the back-plate of the sign. Ensure that all pucks engage easily. If it is difficult to align or engage the pucks into the back-plate, it m

ay be necessary to loosen the screws and slightly adjust the back-plate of the sign.

Once the face has been test fit successfully, you may rem

ove the face, peel the (red) backing off the tape and reinstall the face of the sign for the final tim

e.
