Developing Educators for K-12 Schools KBG offers coaching and professional development opportunities for aspiring leaders and diversity professionals in schools and school districts. Our team provides on-site educational series, retreats, group and individual coaching to further develop leadership skills and cultural competence for education professionals from central office administrator to School Leaders. Whether you are an aspiring principal charged with training faculty and staff on equity and inclusion, or an administrator who needs to support the diversity, equity and inclusion goals for your district, KBG will work with you to provide a comprehensive solution. Diversity Pipeline Programs The Community Paraprofessional Development Program (CPDP) is one of our signature diversity pipeline programs. CPDP develops community members interested in working as classroom paraprofessionals. CPDP supports the district’s efforts to increase the diversity of school district’s workforce so that it reflects the racial, cultural, and linguistic diversity of the students we serve. This program is a partnership between multiple offices within the school district and community-based organizations. CPDP takes a comprehensive approach to supporting the development of community members in the program. This approach consists of three (3) connected experiences that: 1. provides a “realistic job preview*” and exposure to content and key voices in the field of Education; 2. supports hands-on, practical experience of the content and interactions within the school district and 3. works with Program Graduates to determine actions for pursuing a Paraprofessional role within school districts. Leadership Coaching & AdvisingWe provide executive coaching, leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) consulting services

for all levels of diversity professionals and for senior administration in schools and school districts. Our experienced team

provides the counsel necessary to lead your schools toward inclusive excellence.

SCORE Analysis©

Our SCORE Analysis© is a DE&I centered SWOT-type analysis designed to provide rich climate research to inform

culturally responsive practice and strategic planning. We will train your internal team to examine existing data, conduct

a comprehensive climate survey, and engage your school or school district in dialogue, focus groups, and interviews. The

process will provide data related to your unique organizational Strengths, Challenges, Opportunities, and Resistance related

to diversity, equity and inclusion, and inform Equity goals. Using the SCORE to inform your strategic planning will allow

you to set attainable goals, and KBG will provide ongoing advice to further promote success throughout the process.
