Application

The KS1000/1150/1200 FR is a through-fixed wall system which can be laid vertically or horizontally and it is suitable for wall cladding on all types of buildings except where there are internal low temperature conditions (below 0 °C). The application of panel should be verified for each project individually, in order to meet the design requirements.

Material• Exterior/Interior facings - Hot-dip zinc coated steel with a total of 275 g/m2 of zinc, according to EN 10 147:2000;• Insulation core - Insulation core made of Class A mineral wool;

Exterior coating options• Poliester - for the environment category up to C3;• PVDF - for the environment category up to C4;• Plastizol (PVC) - for the environment category up to C4;• Foodsafe (PVC) - for the environment category up to A3;*• Spectrum (PU) - for the environment category up to C5;

Interior coating options• Poliester - for the environment category up to C2; • Foodsafe (PVC) - for the environment category up to C4;• PVDF - for the environment category up to C4;• Spectrum (PU) - for the environment category up to C5;

*Outer coating allowed only for partition walls of the building.

KS1000/1150/1200 FR sandwich panels are manufactured in accordance with the EN 14 509 and CE marked.
