Transport links are excellent. Both Fulham Broadway and Imperial Wharf stations are located within walking distance, providing access to the District Line, London Overground and National Rail services. The proposed route of Crossrail 2 to serve London and the South East is planned to be operational in 2030, which includes a new £1bn station, a short walk away from the property near Sydney Street. This will further improve links and reduce travel times significantly, with up to 30 additional trains per hour and direct links to 50 Rail and Underground stations, adding billions of pounds to the economy.

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is projected to be a major contributor to the capital’s economic growth over the next decade. There are five major developments in the pipeline.
The Old Oak (Park Royal) Opportunity Area is to be massively transformed after Old Oak Common was named as southern England’s main high speed rail station. Significant redevelopment includes new transport, social infrastructure, new housing and jobs around the new HS2 Rail link interchange.
Major regeneration at the White City Opportunity Area includes a new research campus, space for media businesses, a new department store, hotels, shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Additionally a £1bn plus retail and world class residential expansion to Westfield London Shopping Centre is already underway.
Hammersmith Town Centre will benefit from significant investment, including state of the art theatre facilities. The King’s Mall shopping centre is enjoying a renaissance as high profile new shops open in addition to new homes, a cinema and high quality office space.
The Earl’s Court Opportunity Area
will see a major transformation with new housing and the creation of four urban ‘villages’. The £8bn investment includes a two-hectare park.
South Fulham (Riverside) Regeneration Area will become a new residential mixed use area integrated with employment, leisure and community uses.
