They also use a good technique by using calm and uplifting music which gets the audience engaged this makes them want to carry on watching, it is also showing the audience that the school is going to have a friendly atmosphere and parents want a place where their child can be safe.

The video also has a lot of panning shots this is effective because it continues to have a calm feel to it, but by showing the science class room they show that the school is smart academically this will draw parents in because they want a school were the children can learn. They also show a lot of classes this shows the audience that the school has a variety of options for example the show music, art, sport and science.

The video uses various different shot types and camera movements such as long shots of the building to show that the school is big traditional this makes the school look professional and parents want their children to go to a high academic school.

They also use a lot of fades, fades are a good technique because its reinforcing a calm atmosphere. It also helps bring in a sense of safety, it also looks better than just a cut because that would disturb the calming effect of the music and the fades together.

They also show a lot of shots with students working together, this is a good technique because students that are going to a new school want to bring their friends along and if they have many things they could do together it could persuade them to come to that school.

They also show shots of old pictures this is good because it draws the audience in making them want to find out more things about the school. It also shows that people have left the school to become successful this draws mainly the parents in because they want their children to be successful.

They use the L cut very effectively by showing us a clip of the chief master being interviewed then fading into another clip, but at the same time he is still talking. This is effective because instead of just listening to him speak then cutting into the next scene we can do both at the same time this will allow us to see more and get more out of the video.

This is a medium close up shot so we are focused on him.

They use the headings and titles very effectively because instead of just him telling us who he is we can see straight away who he is allowing him to get strait to the interview.

They also use close ups to show the expression on the peoples faces. This is a good technique because it allows the parents and audience to see what reflection the school really has. It also shows that the students are engaged with the learning.

They also use a tracking back shot as you can see the camera is following two students down the corridor. This helps to show that the students are well behaved in the corridors and around the school. This gives of composed atmosphere of the school.
