  I encourage you to dust off your guide or visit Intouch topractice your booking scripts this month.  September isalways a great time to book classes, and practice makesperfect!  Remember, our company is founded on focusing onthe basics: book, coach, sell & share.    Plus, it will give you agreat jumpstart for your business this holiday season.  We allknow that time becomes more and more precious as the endof the year progresses.  If you do the work now to scheduleappointments, you’ll have a lot easier time schedulingfollow-up appointments in the coming months.  You’ll alsohave lots of new people attending your holiday open house,more businesses to visit to hold trunk shows based on newcustomers, and more prospective team members looking tomake some extra holiday cash.

I truly believe that anyone can succeed if they will simply use the three important

steps toward becoming successful. First, planning. You have to plan. You have to know where you are going or you cannot reach your destination. Most people do not plan to fail. They fail to plan. Two,

persistence. When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on.

Successful people are just ordinary people with extraordinary determination. Three, work. Remember that God feeds the birds, but He doesn‘t throw it in the nest. As a Company we try to give you

every tool you need to achieve success, but nothing will work unless you do. We provide every help possible for you to

succeed, but you must take that food for thought and put it into action. An idea is a

pent-up reservoir full of energy, absolutely worthless until put into action.

Customer Service Week October 1-5, 2012

Customer Service: If you don’t take care of the customer, SOMEBODY ELSE will! Some important stats to remember: It costs 6 times more to attract a new customer

that it does to keep an old one. A typical dissatisfied customer will tell 8-10 people

about her problem. Seven out of 10 complaining customers will do

business with you again if you resolve the complaint in their favor.

If you resolve the complaint on the spot, 95% will do business again.

Of those customers who quit, 68% do so because of an attitude of indifference by the company or specific individual.

In summary, all of these facts say… CUSTOMER SATISFACTION EQUALS SUCCESS!!! “Attitude is a little thing that makes a BIG difference!”
