Kind attention: The State Election Commissioner of Haryana:

The Election Commission of India issued advisories from time to time, but all political parties

and candidates willingly violated them, for example advisory not to use publicity materials

manufactured from the plastic materials had been issued in past because these kinds of

material harm the nature, like wise advisory has been issued not to abuse animal during

election campaign but no political parties, candidates are serious about it.

The UN affiliated OIPA in India and PFA Haryana appeal to all for strict compliance of above

said advisories. Miss Sukanya Kadyan, Programme Director working on it for awareness and

Please issue fresh directions to all field functionaries to obtain undertaking from all

concerned for strict compliance.
