I put on 20 pounds in the last year. One day on my lunch break, I saw the ZP books and decided to download the app. When I read other peoples’ stories, it really inspired me to overhaul my life. If these people from all walks of life can do it, why not me? I started walking to work — it’s about 1.5 miles from home. I joined a gym. The more active I got the more motivated I was to keep going. In January, I was able to run a 5K with my dad. I’m also down to three cigarettes a day. I’m going to keep cutting back until I quit. ZP goes hand-in-hand with me changing my lifestyle. I have a better body, mind and spirit. • Now I go to the gym three times a week. • I’ve lost three pounds and I’m gaining muscle. • Just by cutting out junk food, I’m saving an extra $20 a month. • My ZP journey has been great — I have a ton of energy! With ZP, I started eating healthier. I never used to eat vegetables. Now I put spinach on my sandwiches. I eat peas and I love greens. It’s made a world of difference in how I feel. The natural sugar in fruit also helped me cut out junk food and candy. When I want something sweet, I buy watermelon. Instead of drinking soda and coffee, I drink more water. I even bring my own water bottle to work. I’ve noticed how I feel better in general. I think when people feel better physically, they feel better mentally, emotionally and spiritually. ZP is about being a better person and making better choices. Winning is just the icing on the cake. Give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed.
