A flower that speaks with the animals, a child who flies, a factory that takes life, a wise person of mysterious origin, a fearful cat, a too powerful enemy ... and an un-certain end. These are some of the ingredients of the first adventure of Jan, Coco, Ona, Martin, Alba and his cat, Blu. Thanks to the valor of the friends' gang and Amethustos's wisdom they will face the wicked spirit ththat wants to destroy the Nature.

An adventure full of action in which to save the planet turns into a question of vital importance. The solidarity, the friendship, the respect for the environment and the humor are the principal elements that form this trepi-dant adventure with a surprising end.

SUMMARYToday is the first day of school and, like every year, the children of the village of Ringland run through the streets happy to meet up with their classmates and the closest friends.

Ona, as responsible as ever, doesn’t want to be late for school and excitedly walks with her faithful cat, Blu. In the middle of the road they hear a familiar voice calling them. “Hey! Look Blu, it’s Jan! Hello Jan!”.

What fun! When they get to school Miss Lola has a surprise ready for them, there are two new classmates, Martin and Coco, the girl comes from the city. Ona and Jan introduce themselves and make room for their new companions at their desks.

On the way out of class, Ona, Jan and Blu decide to show their new friends their favourite place in Ringland, the old abandoned factory, a magical place where they like to go and play together after school. Legend has it that a long time ago Nature rebelled against the pollu-tion in this factory and that’s why it no longer works. “Is that so? Wow! This place is great!”. What they don’t knknow is that someone is watching them from very nearby.

Leo’s moment has come… “It’s the moment we’ve been waiting for years!” Leo is the old owner of the factory and his great desire is to avenge himself of the forces of nature that ruined him. That’s why, with the help of a mysterious being, he has thought up a malicious plan to achieve his perverse objectives.

“Wh“What’s this? A fish! How could it have got here?” The friends are surprised by the strange situation. What is a fish doing out of water? It looks as if it is trying to tell them something they can't understand. Martin takes the initiative and makes all the children go to his house

where he says he can save the little fish and solve this mystery.

When they get to Martin's house, his best friend Alba, a very special flower who talks, moves around and also has the ability to understand any living being in the world, welcomes them. “Hurry Alba! Ask the fish what the matter is!”

TThe little fish explains that a huge giant had drunk all the water from the river and that the factory had disap-peared! Just at that moment, Amethustos appears, the person who acts as Martin's father. Amethustos is a genius!

The four friends, Alba and Amethustos analyse the situ-ation and decide that the best thing to do is to find out what is going on and to sort it out between them. So, the very next day, the four friends decide to follow the giant footprints of the monster. “You guys! I think I’ve found something!” The friends hurry along the foot-prints that lead them to the beach, but they aren't expecting what they find there…

“Stop! No, it can’t be! The factory has come to life!” The kids can’t believe their eyes; the factory is walking out to the open sea and trying to pollute the sea with the barrels of petrol it is holding in its hands. Suddenly, Martin shows his powers and with one leap he stands up to the factory. A spectacular fight starts but he doesn’t manage to stop the monster who is going fur-ther and further out to sea. ther and further out to sea.

“Martin needs our help!” says Amethustos, and takes the initiative. “Right, you guys, everyone to the boat!”. The persecution continues and they gradually caught up with the factory. Suddenly the boat sinks! “Now what are we going to do?”. Luckily clumsy old Leo is

following them close behind in a submarine! Amethus-tos manages to talk him into it and takes his submarine and with all the kids he is able to follow the factory. When they find it, they see that it is about to make a hole in one of the barrels of petrol it is holding! “We must stop it! Hold on tight!”

The fight is terrible, and the factory is very strong, they can't stop it and Leo starts to regret his acts, he doesn’t want the children to get hurt... and he tells them how to stop the monster. “How can we do it?”, Martin and Alba decide to go for help and the other friends stay watching the monster. Oh, and by the way, where has the factory gone? Too late, the factory has swallowed them up! Huthem up! Hurry up, Martin, your friends need your help!

Meanwhile, the factory doesn’t stop and manages to make a hole in one of the petrol tanks, but just as it is about to make a hole in the second barrel, Martin and Alba appear riding a whale and prevented it from doing so. Martin manages to get the factory to open its mouth so his friends can get out helped by dolphins and fish. At the same time, in the monster’s innards, Amethustos finds the infinds the inflammable tank. The time has come! He takes a flare and lights the tank… BOOM!!! The factory explodes.

Once the kids reach the surface, they realise that Ame-thustos isn’t there. Martin is convinced that nothing has happened to him: “It's not time for crying, there are things to be done”. The barrel with the hole in it has spilled a lot of petrol and there is a huge stain on the surface. How can they solve it? Suddenly a narwhal jump out of the water with the barrel attached to its tusk. Ittusk. It’s fabulous! They’d never seen one before, “Thanks for blocking up the hole, our friend!”

Alba thanks the whale and the rest of the animals that had helped them. The whale tells her that Nature is very ill and that they must look after her to make sure that the illness gets cured. The kids take it very seriously and promise that from now on they would fight with all their strength against the disease. However, this won’t be so easy… The mysterious being that tricked poor Leo and made the factomade the factory come to life will carry on with its cru-sade against Nature.

Meanwhile, at the bottom of the sea, Amethustos has a surprise for us… but that is another story.

Martin: He is Nature’s son and the most important person in the comic. He represents the spirit of Nature’s fight against the aggressions to which she is subjected. He is the noblest person in the group, he is transparent, brave, cheerful and always willing to help out.

Amethustos: He is Flop’s adoptive father. He is a mysterious person about whom we don’t know very much. He is linked to Nature by a secret, very special bond.

Alba: Alba flowered from the seed that Flop held in his hand when Slurp took him in. She is a plant who is in-separable from Flop and she has magical powers. Among other things, she can talk to any living being on the planet.

Ona: She is a girl from Rotllana. She is a born leader, the most mature member of the group, very responsible, fun, kind and with a strong character. Blu is her faithful cat that goes everywhere with her.

CHARACTERS

Blu: He is Noni’s cat. He has a sweet tooth, he is lazy, nervous and vague. He loves chasing birds and playing tricks.

Jan: He is a boy from Rotllana. He is very greedy, kind, cheerful and fun. He loves playing and having fun and he is a bit lazy about going to school and studying.

Coco: She is a city girl who has come to live in Rotl-lana. She is very vain, conceited and polite. She often makes enemies because of her lack of consideration when making an opinion about others.

Leo: He is the old owner of the factory in Rotllana. He is rather simple and clumsy and therefore he allows him-self to get caught up in things and decides to carry out the first of the plans to destroy Nature, but deep down inside he has a good heart and he doesn’t want to hurt anyone.

The Factory: It is the first weapon of destruction the bad person from the comic creates. It is a cold personal-ity without a soul, that has just one objective: to pollute the sea with barrels of petrol.
