■ Kids exercising on wet days can be as simple as standing throughout a movie and performing some squatting movements every ten minutes during the movie.
■ Kids exercising can also be a little more structured if a skipping rope and fit ball are present in the house.

■ Skipping for 3 sets of 1 minute increases the heart rate significantly and allows for a decent workout.
■ Performing some basic sitting exercises on a fit ball will allow for some resistance training to be performed. Kids exercising is important even on wet days.
