Emmas Best Tea company

Emma is a very clever and creative girl. She is 9 years of age.

About one year ago, Emmas uncle had a business trip to South

America. He bought a souvenir back from Argentine and he gave it to

Emmas grandfather. It was a palm-size light brown bag with a big red

cross printed and certain none English words on it that looked like

certain kind of coffee. Her grandfather opened that bag and transferred

its stuff to a glass jar, which had a rubber ringed-cap to prevent

moisture. The content looked like yellow-green hay-leaves with some

small short stems or sticks. They did not have good attraction. Her

uncle explained to her grandfather: Dad. That is a special herb tea. I

purchased from Argentine. I heard that the tea is very good for health.

Her grandfather expressed his thanks to her uncle and he closed the

cap with the folded bag paper inserting into that jar together with the

herb tea. But, he did not try that tea for long time, since her

grandfather used to drink a kind of very good Chinese tea that time

which was produced in the rain forest in the Southwest of China called

Pu Er tea. That was grandmothers high school classmate sent to her as

a gift when they visited Shanghai few years ago. It was said that Pu Er

tea in the past was transported through narrow mountain road formonths to the capital Beijing for emperor and his high rank officers in

the palace to use. Even the famous Ci Xi Tai Hou (the Emperors

mother) also drank Pu Er tea every day after her meals containing more

than one hundred dishes each time. She seemed obviously over

nutrition a lot with so many oily foods.

One day Emmas grandfather remembered that Argentine herb

tea, and he opened that glass jar and took out the rolled paper bag. He

wanted to know what nature of the tea was before brewing it. He read

the label. It says: Yerba Mate, Cruz de Malta. He did not know what

meaning it was. So, he seared those words on the internet and he

found that the tea is very unique. Yerba mate contains 24 vitamins and

15 amino acids, 11 polyphenols, 8 or more minerals and many

antioxydantes. It sounds that they are really good for health. But, when

the grandfather brewed the tea in a way that the traditional Chinese

tea brewed, i.e. put a few grams of tea in a cup and pour the hot water

in to it. The resulting tea-water was rather cloudy and massy with

suspended debris of leaves. So, Emmas grandfather put 3~4 grams of

Yerba mate; Cruz de Malta tea in a coffee makers filter paper, and

folded it into a rectangular tea bag about 1.5 cm x 6 cm in size and wrap

its outside with a piece of white sawing thread; and he let the one endof thread, about 15 cm long, attach to a small paper tag for easy

hanging. When he used that wrapped and thread tightened tea-in-

multilayer-paper-bag to brew the tea in a glass cup with hot water and

held the string of tea bag, pull up and down for 10~20 times, the tea-

water turned out to be transparent yellowish. It was a very lovely tea;

no any massy particles came out. (To use a microwave and heat a cup

of water for 1.2 min is just fine for brewing the tea.) One of that sametea bag can brew out 5 cups that still kept the crystalline yellow color.

Emmas grandfather asked Emma to help him to wrap Yerba mate

tea in the coffee filter paper and tie it with the thin thread. Emma made

dozens of tea-bag in the same way. Her creative nature suddenly came

out. She asked her grandfather to give her more white paper sheets,

and she painted different images on each paper, and she made them as

tea bags outer cover bags, such that large tea trees, flowers, butterfly

and so on. Then, Emma asked her grandfather: What brand name ofthe tea shall we use for those tea bags? The grandfather answered to

her: How about to use the nameEmmas Best Tea? Emma was very

pleased for that name. And she used color pens to write Emmas Best

Tea; 5 Cup OK on each tea bag. And she also attached a printed tiny

decoration label on each bag. The grandfather admired Emma: You did

good job. How about to form an [Emmas Best Tea Company]? Thus,

more people can enjoy your tea? Emma thought that was a good idea.So, the grandfather encouraged Emmas dad to invest her $500 as

seeds money in order to purchase more materials and to produce more

Emmas Best Tea.

Now, Emma became a Kid CEO of the Emmas Best Tea

Company. The grandfather said to Emma: One product may not be

help, because Grandpa has quite lot of knowledge about teas and

Chinese herbs for good health. Emma expressed her wish that the
