Brief:

Design a colour palette that portrays your life as a child.

Reflection:

The colours chosen are simple and taken from the most

important aspects of my life at the time.

Brief:

Design a poster that shows the difference between raster and

vector images.

Reflection:

The poster demonstrates the pros and cons of raster and vector

images.

Shaving Cream Packaging

Brief:

Design packaging for a single type of shaving cream three ways:

for women, for men and in a gender-neutral fashion. All three

packaging ideas must be systematic, conveying via your design

choices that they are a cohesive line of products.

Reflection:

The packaging features a literal portrayal of genders across the

three different types of shaving cream with a repetition of style

based on the 1950s pop art movement.

Book Cover

Brief:

Design a book cover for your selected short story.

Reflection:

The imagery used in the Leaf by Niggle book cover is a portrayal

of one of the events in the short story. Its style is driven by a

painted-feel which is derived from within the story.

Brief:

Design an image that promotes yourself as a designer.

Reflection:

This symbol represents creativity, fun and freedom. It does so by

using photo manipulation, drawing and illustration.
