Period : August 2015 to till date.

Work Profile In Operation & Maintenance:-

Knowledge of Turbine & Boiler control systems, DCS systems and protection systems

related to Power generation systems.

Handle critical conditions of control system upsets and related operating problems

including investigations and equipment failure / trip analysis in order to identify the root

cause.

Responsibility for complete Maintenance Management for all the instrument and control

system, equipment including DCS, PLC, Analyzers, Field instruments, equipment with a

team of I&C foreman and technician used in large steam turbine power plant.

Responsibility for periodically checking of all the Field Instruments and if required

calibrate then calibrate online.

Responsibility for Maintenance of PLC panels of AHP, DMP and CHP systems.

Responsibility for Development & Modification of Logics in DCS & PLC as per the

requirement of system.

Responsibility for Development & Modification of Screen in SCADA per the

requirement of system.

Involved in routine, Preventive and shutdown maintenance of various kinds of

Pneumatic and Electronic instruments and maintaining of data sheets as per the ISO

standards.

Participation in various maintenance activities like initial preparation, fault analysis.

Prepare the breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance schedule.

Prepare modification report, Incident report & Trouble report.

Responsible for time and cost based maintenance and co-ordination with other

department personnel for minimum shutdown time.

Documentation of plant including Equipments, Spares, Tools, Test Records, Routine

Inspection Record and Spare parts management and inventory control.

Work Done In Erection & Commissioning:-

Review drawings submitted by the contractor for modification in the existing Control

system or addition of new control equipment as per site requirement.

Erection and commissioning of control instrument like control valve, motorized valve,

pneumatic damper, various Transmitter, Temperature element, LT Feeder, Pressure

Switches used in Turbine, Boiler, DM plant and CHP.

Analysis of P&I, Hook-up and Control Loop Diagram.

Understanding of wiring drawings and loop schemes.

Erection and commissioning of different Analyzers like O2,CO,CEMS,SWAS and

SPM.

Onsite modification of erection as well as commissioning activities in Turbine, Boiler,

DM Plant & CHP.

Planning daily activities carried out in site and executive accordingly.

Calibration of Smart Transmitters, Control Valve and Analyzer.

Analysis of P&I, Hook-up and Control Loop Diagram.

Understanding of wiring drawings and loop schemes.

Interacting with contractor engineer for smooth and fast execution of undergoing

project.
